In formatting the PDF page, please remember that a statement for Physical address change appears directly after the last signature line. Allow space for that to appear on a single page.

Health Reports get a facelift
In order to reduce the number of "False Positive" medical reports, K-12- has created yes/no radio buttons for the health conditions and medications to avoid parents writing "NONE" or "NA". This will allow the reports to be a lot cleaner with no extraneous information.
K-12 Online has worked closely with School nurses and health clerks to ensure that these reports meet their requirements, and have also been streamlined to show only pertinent information necessary for the health department.

School Theme Colors
5 School theme colors have been developed to allow you to customize the colors of your pages.
Parents' ability to create "Easy to remember" access key.
Parents will now have the ability, once initially logged in, to create their own "easy to remember" access key. This will be from a link in the schoolportal menubar.
Item Purchase (with associated external form) Report
This new report allows you to select an individual purchase that is associated with an external form. You will then be able to select certain fields from the external form and include medical information. This report is ideal for field trips or events when either or both the external form information and medical information is necessary on ONE form.
Student Purchase by Item & Order Summary Report
This report allows you to view all the orders in an excel spreadsheet. Orders can be filtered according to certain criteria. Each item has its own tab and at the end, a report summary of all the quantites is available. This report will help for procuring as well as disseminating items.

Customized Reports
Customized reports for SCP are now limited to showing only the student records of those students that have pertinent data rather than listing all student records. For you as the admin, it means less sorting report fields.
